1. Preamble
P2i, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 20,557,845 Euros, registered in the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number 394 360 275, whose registered office is located at 83 boulevard Pierre de Coubertin in Angers (49000) (hereinafter “P2i”), in its capacity as data controller, may collect and process personal data about you on its website www.noeme-realestate.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The purpose of this policy is to inform you of the measures and commitments taken by P2i to ensure the protection of your data.

2. Purposes and retention periods
Processing : Request for information on a programme
Purpose: To manage requests for information about a programme
Legal basis for processing: Legitimate interest of our Company to manage the request for information (cf. article 6.1.f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact in the case of a prospect, 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship in the case of a customer.
Processing: Contact form
Purpose: To manage the contact request
Legal basis for processing: Legitimate interest of our Company to manage the contact request (cf. article 6.1.f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact in the case of a prospect, 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship in the case of a customer purchasing a property before completion.
3. Recipients of data
Access to data collected on the Site is restricted to authorized P2i personnel.
Partners marketing the property development concerned by the prospect’s request for information (banking partners, estate agents, asset management consultants) may have access to the data of prospective customers.
Once the prospect becomes a customer, the data can also be accessed by the works companies working on the property and by the notary to complete the sale.
The IT service provider responsible for hosting and maintaining the Site may also have access to your data in the course of providing its services, it being specified that the latter also undertakes to comply with the regulations relating to personal data.
4. Data transfer
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
5. Measures taken for data security
P2i undertakes to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security.
P2i uses technological and security precautions, policies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, loss or destruction.
6. Your rights regarding your personal data
You may access your personal data or request that it be deleted. You also have the right to object, the right to rectify and the right to limit the processing of your data.
